is that it’s very daunting for a nonexpert to comprehend. I would have to rate as one of the savviest print customers there is, having been on the selling side as well. I can’t imagine how a novice would have reacted to the problems with the printing of this book.

This is probably not the place to get into it, but in spite of a cooperative and technically astute printer, matters spun out of control, the book is delayed, and a whole lot of paper goes into recycling. A very stressful week, indeed. New ship date 3/15.
